Every once in a while, I get a much needed hair cut. However, since dying my hair silver nearly two years ago, I sort of forgot about getting it cut and focused more on maintaining colour.
However, summer is usually a time of change for me and this one has been no exception. I have a few festivals lined up so decided this was the perfect time to chop my shoulder length locks for easier maintenance.
I’m in love with the blunt cut of my new hair, having no layers or fringe to create fuss. Styling is seemingly easier and my hair is holding its style and colour much better than before.
I realised the other day, that I actually didn’t own a plain white t-shirt. The simplest of all things. So I decided, I wanted to buy a fairly good quality one and combined with Weekday offering free delivery due to their new website launch, this was the perfect opportunity.
Since it’s arrived, I’ve literally worn it non stop as it’s so comfy. I have no idea how I lived without it beforehand.
A new outfit post is long overdue, and I got some new clothes recently so it seemed logical to feature them in an outfit post.
My birthday was last month and my sister bought me this white satchel bag from Accessorize and with my birthday money I chose to buy this beautiful v-neck top from &other stories and some white Nike air max thea’s. I paired them both with my longline coat from Topshop and my Monki scribble skirt I bought in the summer, and obviously added some tights to keep my legs warm as it’s still cold in the UK.
I kept my make-up very simple and clean to keep with the modern minimal theme.
So I recently decided to dye my hair lilac/silver as I got three for two on Bleach London hair products from Boots. Even though it’s not all the same colour, I’m pretty happy with the results and thought it’d look cute curled for Valentines.
Here’s my outfit from the night including my white leather mules from a post a few weeks ago and my new casio watch. I hope you enjoyed this post, what did you do for valentines?
I have been looking for the perfect pair of mules for a while now, but never really found a pair I fell in love with/could afford. Until yesterday.
Whilst browsing Topshop with my sister, we fell into the sale section. I never really found much I liked so was just holding some odd bits (like a bikini for £2 and some underwear). However, once we reached the shoes this one pair just jumped right out at me! We all know the feeling when you see something and you suddenly convince yourself that you can no longer live without that item, yes? This was exactly that!
I’m so in love with them and they’re super comfortable. Especially for £10 (was £65) – I could not leave them.
I’m wearing them for an event next weekend so I’ll show you how I’ll be styling them then.
Happy Holidays everyone, sorry I haven’t posted for a while but I was waiting for my new coat and Nikes for Christmas to do a post.
For one of my Christmas presents my boyfriend booked us on to a ghost walk called ‘Shiverpool’ where you get a tour around Liverpool to some of the most haunted places, and it was absolutely amazing!
Here is my outfit from the night.
